"I am a passionate advocate of the power of coaching to help you achieve your personal and professional goals"

I have life and work experience that will help me understand your challenges, and I’ll work closely with you to boost your performance and live and work with authenticity, confidence and clarity.

I’m honoured to serve as a trustee for the RSPCA and animal welfare is a passion of mine. I’ve also sat on boards at Grove House Hospice and Regent’s University. I was chair of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising from 2017-2020 and I have twice been listed by Civil Society as one of the top five most influential people in fundraising. I have a certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University and I was very proud to receive the OBE for services to charity in the 2022 New Year’s Honours List.

Where it all began

And Why I can help you
achieve your goals

I began my career in media sales, working with companies including Thomson Newspapers and TV-am.  I then moved into the voluntary sector where I’ve progressed from junior fundraiser to Executive Director  in some of the UK’s best loved charities, including Macmillan Cancer Support, Voluntary Services Overseas, Battersea, and The British Heart Foundation.  I have skills and experience in income generation, strategy development, brand, marketing and communications.  I have been accountable for, and with my teams, delivered over £1.5bn in revenue for people living with cancer and heart disease, those facing the challenges of life in the developing world, and dogs and cats who need a home.

In 2020, following the death of my father, I decided to make some big changes in my life and become a coach. I have trained in coaching fundamentals with CTI, the Co-Active Training Institute, and completed my coaching training with Arete Way Coaching, both of which are accredited by The International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also studying for a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London. I practise in line with the ICF framework and code of ethics and undergo regular supervision with an accredited professional.

I believe I can help you to live, work and lead with confidence and clarity. I work with authenticity, passion, drive and a sense of fun and I can help you create the life and career you deserve.
