"I am a passionate advocate of the power of coaching to help you achieve your personal and professional goals"

I have life and work experience that will help me understand your challenges, and I’ll work closely with you to boost your performance and live and work with authenticity, confidence and clarity.

Where it all began

And Why I can help you
achieve your goals

In 2020, following the death of my Dad, I decided to make some big changes in my life and become a coach. I trained in coaching fundamentals with CTI, the Co-Active Training Institute, and completed my coaching training with Arete Way Coaching, both of which are accredited by the ICF. I have a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, with distinction, from the University of East London and a certificate in psychotherapy and counselling from Regent’s University. I practise in line with the ICF framework and code of ethics and undergo regular supervision with an accredited professional.
I began my career in media sales, working with companies including Thomson Newspapers and TV-am. I moved into the voluntary sector where I began as a junior fundraiser, progressing to Executive Director in some of the UK’s best loved charities, including Macmillan Cancer Support, Voluntary Services Overseas, Battersea, and The British Heart Foundation. I have experience in income generation, strategy development, brand, marketing, and communications. Working with incredible teams and volunteers I have been accountable for delivering over £1.5bn for people living with cancer and heart disease, those facing the challenges of life in the developing world, and dogs and cats who need a home.

I’m honoured to serve as a trustee for the RSPCA, and I sit on the Fundraising sub-committee at Bowel Research UK. I was very proud to receive the OBE for services to charity in the 2022 New Year’s Honours List. I was chair of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising from 2017-2020 and I have twice been listed by Civil Society as one of the most influential people in fundraising. I love London, the Thames and its estuary, walking, modernist architecture and design, reading and taking care of my garden.

I believe I can help you to live, work and lead with confidence and clarity. I work with authenticity, passion, drive and a sense of fun and I can help you create the life and career you deserve.
